Curve C RCBO

STR02-40 Curve C RCBO is mainly used in the circuit of AC50/60HZ two poles 230V or four poles 400V, rated current up to 6A-40A for effective overload and short-circuit protection and infrequent changeover of line under normal condition, as well as automatically and immediately cutting off the power supply once someone suffers from electric shock or leakage current exceeds specified value. It can effectively protect personal security and avoid the damages to the equipment. It is suitable for all kinds of places, such as industry, commerce, high rise and civil residence.

Product Over View:

1.Provide protection against earth fault/leakage current and function of isolation

2.High short-circuit current withstand capacity

3.Applicable to terminal and pin/fork type busbar connection

4. Equipped with finger protected connection terminals

5.Automatically disconnect the circuit when earth fault/leakage current occurs and exceeds the rated sensitivity

6.Independent of power supply and line voltage, and free from external interference, voltage fluctuation.

The disconnecting curve describes the action characteristics of a circuit breaker under overload conditions.Type C disconnecting curves are mainly used to protect lighting circuits and certain loads that are less sensitive to instantaneous overloads. It is characterized by a long delayed action time when the overload current is small; as the overload current increases, the action time is gradually shortened. This design is intended to avoid false operation due to transient current spikes during load startup, and to ensure that the circuit can be disconnected in time during prolonged overloads.

Main Features and Functions

Residual current protection: Curve C RCBO is able to detect and cut off the residual current caused by human electric shock or equipment leakage, thus preventing electric shock accidents and electrical fires.

Overload protection: when the current in the circuit exceeds the rated current of the RCBO, it is able to cut off the circuit within a specified period of time to prevent damage to the circuit or fire accidents due to overloading. the C-type stripping curve ensures that this protection is actuated at the appropriate time.

Short-circuit protection: In the event of a short-circuit in a circuit, the Curve C RCBO is able to act quickly to cut off the short-circuit current and protect the circuit and equipment.High breaking capacity: The RCBO's high breaking capacity enables it to quickly cut off circuits in the event of high short-circuit currents, preventing arc discharges and fires.Compact structure: Curve C RCBOs are usually designed with compact structure for easy installation and space saving.
