The operating principle of voltage regulator stabilizer can be based on a variety of techniques and designs, including but not limited to the following:


Simple voltage regulator circuits: realized by series connection of a resistor and a diode. Due to the logarithmic voltage-current curve of the diode, the voltage across the diode will only change slightly as the input current changes. This circuit is suitable for applications that do not require high voltage accuracy and efficiency.


Negative feedback control loop: By comparing the actual voltage with a fixed reference voltage, the error value is amplified and sent to the voltage regulator, and the output is adjusted to make the error value smaller. This forms a negative feedback control loop and improves the accuracy of voltage control.

Electromechanical mechanism: The sensing signal is used to generate an electromagnet for voltage stabilization. When the voltage rises, the current increases, the electromagnet attracts the iron core, and the mechanical switch connected to the iron core breaks, causing the voltage to fall; and vice versa.


Function:

The voltage regulator stabilizer is a continuously adjustable autotransformer with a turns ratio. When the voltage regulator brush slides along the polished surface of the coil by means of the hand wheel main shaft and the brush holder, the turns ratio can be continuously changed. Thereby the output voltage is smoothly adjusted from zero to the previous high.
