Working Principle
The operating principle of the STH-N Model Thermal Relay is based on the thermal effect of electric current. When the motor is overloaded, the current flowing through the thermal relay increases, causing the heating element to generate more heat. This heat causes the bimetal to bend and deform, and when the deformation reaches a certain distance, it pushes the connecting rod to act, causing the contacts to break, thus cutting off the power supply to the motor.
Overload protection function: TH-N type thermal relay has reliable overload protection function, which can cut off the circuit in time when the motor is overloaded and prevent the motor from being damaged.
Accurate action: the action characteristics of the thermal relay is stable, and it can act accurately within the set range of overload current to protect the motor from damage.
Compact structure: TH-N type thermal relay adopts compact structure design, occupies little space and is easy to install and maintain.
Long service life: Because the thermal relay adopts high-quality materials and manufacturing process, it has a long service life and high reliability.
TH-N type thermal relays are widely used in applications requiring motor overload protection, such as industrial automation control systems, electric power systems, construction equipment and so on. Especially in motor control circuits that require frequent starting and stopping, the protective role of thermal relays is particularly important.
