STD32LE Series RCBO Residual Current Circuit Breaker 1p+N 40A/30mA

1P+N Electronic Type RCBOis a special type of circuit breaker which utilizes the electromagnetic principle to detect and cut off the residual current (leakage current) in the circuit, thus preventing electrical fires and personal electric shock accidents. At the same time, it also has an overcurrent protection function, which can automatically cut off the power supply when the circuit is overloaded or short-circuited to protect the safety of the circuit and equipment.

Working Principle

 Residual current detection: When there is residual current in the circuit, the zero sequence current transformer in the RCBO will detect this signal and convert it into an electrical signal for processing.

 Signal Processing and Comparison: The detected residual current signal will be amplified, filtered and processed, and then compared with the preset action current value.

 Tripping action: When the residual current reaches or exceeds the preset action current value, the RCBO will trigger the tripping mechanism to cut off the main circuit power.

Features and Advantages

 Electromagnetic principle: Utilizing electromagnetic principle for residual current detection, it is characterized by high sensitivity and fast response speed.

 Multi-functional protection: In addition to residual current protection function, it also has overcurrent protection function, which can comprehensively protect the safety of circuits and equipments.

 Safe and reliable: RCBO adopts advanced electronic components and release mechanism, which has high reliability and safety.

 Easy to install and maintain: RCBO's structure is reasonably designed, easy to install, and at the same time easy to carry out maintenance and overhaul.

This 1P+N Electronic Type RCBO function as combination of circuit breaker and residual current device, which protect human from the fault of electric because of over-current, short circuit, earth fault current. It is self-protecting up to a maximum short-circuit current 32A or 63A . And comply with Standard IEC/EN 61009.1.

1.Provide protection against earth fault/leakage current and function of isolation

2.High short-circuit current withstand capacity

3.Applicable to terminal and pin/fork type busbar connection

4. Equipped with finger protected connection terminals

5.Automatically disconnect the circuit when earth fault/leakage current occurs and exceeds the rated sensitivity

6.Independent of power supply and line voltage, and free from external interference, voltage fluctuation.
