Electronics Contactor

SONTUOEC high quality electronics contactor is mainly applied in the circuits the rated voltage up to 660V, AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated current up to 95A, for making & breaking, frequently starting & controlling the AC motor. Combined with the auxiliary contact block, timer delay & machine-interlocking device etc, it becomes the delay contactor, mechanical interlocking contactor, star-delta starter. It turns into an electromagnetic starter when it works together with a matching Thermal Relay, which can protect the overload circuit. The Contactor is produced according to IEC60947-4-1.

Product Features

HIGH PERFORMANCE: Electronics contactors are designed to be the smallest, lightest, and lowest cost sealed contactors in the industry, with current ratings up to 500A (at 85°C) and an interrupting capacity of 2000A (at 320VDC).

Energy efficient: Built-in coil energy saver operates at only 1.7W holding power (at 12VDC) and can limit reverse electromotive force (EMF) to 0V.

Safety: The product is hermetically sealed for intrinsic safety and can operate in explosive or harsh environments without oxidization or contamination of the coil or contacts, including long periods of non-operation.

Versatility: Optional auxiliary contacts are provided for easy monitoring of the position of the power contacts. Also features flexible coil/power connections.

Application Scenarios

Battery systems: particularly suitable for European Community (EC) applications where CE marking is required.
