The ATS dual power automatic transfer electrical selector switch consists of one (or several) transfer switch appliances and other necessary appliances for detecting power circuits and automatically switching one or more load circuits from one power source to another. Its main function is to quickly and automatically switch the load circuits to the backup power source in case of failure or abnormality of the main power source, so as to ensure the continuity and stability of power supply.

The working principle of ATS dual power automatic transfer electrical selector switch is based on power monitoring and automatic switching mechanism. It monitors the parameters of the main power supply in real time, such as voltage, frequency, phase sequence, etc. When the main power supply fails or the parameters are abnormal, the switching mechanism is immediately activated to switch the load circuits to the backup power supply. This process is usually milliseconds to ensure that the load circuits are disconnected from the main power supply in a very short time and quickly connected to the backup power supply. The switching mechanism includes both electrical and mechanical interlocks to ensure safety and reliability during the switching process.
ATS dual power automatic transfer electrical selector switches are available in various types and specifications to meet the needs of different occasions. According to current capacity, they can be categorized into N type (≤125A), T type (160A630A) and M type (630A1250A). In addition, depending on the application scenarios and needs, switches with different numbers of poles, such as 2-pole, 3-pole or 4-pole, can also be selected.
ATS dual power automatic transfer switch is widely used in various occasions that require high reliability and continuous power supply, such as:
High-rise buildings: Ensure continuous power supply for key equipment such as elevators and fire-fighting systems.
Data centers: to ensure the stable operation of servers, storage devices and other important equipment.
Hospitals: Ensure power supply to key areas such as operating rooms and emergency rooms.
Airports: Ensure the continuous operation of flight information, security equipment and other important facilities.
Industrial production lines: Ensure continuous operation of production equipment to avoid production interruption.
