Structure:
Electromagnetic system: includes components such as coils, cores, etc., which are used to generate magnetic flux to drive the opening and closing of the contact system.
Contact system: includes main contact and auxiliary contact. The main contact is used to carry the rated current of the air conditioning system, while the auxiliary contact is used to realize the transmission and feedback of the control signal.
Arc extinguishing device: Used to extinguish the arc generated when the contact is disconnected to protect the contact from damage.
Shell and heat dissipation device: used to protect the internal components from the external environment and provide the necessary heat dissipation function.
Specialization: Designed for air conditioning systems to meet the needs of air conditioning systems for electrical control.
Reliability: The contact system is made of high-quality materials with good electrical conductivity and abrasion resistance to ensure long-term stable operation.
Safety: Equipped with perfect arc extinguishing device, effectively preventing arc damage to the contacts and the surrounding environment.
Compatibility: Compatible with a wide range of air-conditioning systems and electrical control systems, convenient for installation and commissioning.
When the coil of the 2P Air Conditioning AC Contactor is energized, the iron core becomes magnetic and attracts the contact system to close, thus connecting the air conditioning system to the power source. When the coil is de-energized, the iron core loses its magnetism and the contact system will be separated by the action of the spring, thus disconnecting the air conditioning system from the power source. In this way, the contactor can realize remote control of the air conditioning system.
