Principle of operation
The working principle of the three-phase magnetic motor starter is based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the magnetic contactor coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field, which attracts the armature to act and close the contacts, thus turning on the power supply to the motor. When it is necessary to stop the motor, the power supply to the magnetic contactor coil is cut off, the magnetic field disappears, the armature resets, the contacts are broken and the motor stops running. At the same time, the overload relay will monitor the running current of the motor, when the current exceeds the set value, it will trigger the overload protection and cut off the circuit.
Overload protection function: the three-phase magnetic motor starter has a built-in overload relay, which can automatically cut off the circuit when the motor is overloaded and protect the motor from damage.
Starting control: motor starting control is realized through magnetic contactor, which has reliable action characteristics and long service life.
Compact structure: the three-phase magnetic motor starter adopts compact structure design, occupies little space and is easy to install and maintain.
Multiple control modes: according to different application requirements, the three-phase magnetic motor starter can be used in multiple control modes, such as direct start, star-delta start, autotransformer start, and so on.
